Tasting of apples from Grójec and St. Martin croissants, molecular cuisine demonstrations, cider from Dobroń, juices from Kałęczew, culinary interpretations of contemporary design in the presentation The taste of an object are among the many attractions of the Polish Pavilion at EXPO 2015. In this way, Poland has attracted nearly 150,000 visitors to the World Exposition in Milan in 40 days. In accordance with the leitmotif of this year’s World Exposition, “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life”, the key objective of our exhibition is to support Polish entrepreneurs from the agri-food sector in building permanent relations with foreign partners. This is also the goal of the economic agenda implemented by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.

The Łódzkie Voivodeship Week starts today at the World Exposition EXPO 2015 in Milan. For five consecutive days, representatives of the region will present its most important assets: central location, economic and scientific potential, dynamically developing industry, as well as its cultural and tourism offers.  

EXPO 2015 takes place between 1 May and 31 October in Milan. From the beginning of the World Exposition the Polish Pavilion has been visited by over 100,000 people. Our country’s exhibition is entirely devoted to the lead theme of the World Exposition: “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life” and the key objective is to promote the agri-food industry. Thanks to the economic agenda pursued in parallel, Polish entrepreneurs are supported in finding new markets and building solid trade relations with foreign partners.

Next Thursday, the Polish Pavilion at the World Exposition EXPO 2015 will be visited by the Minister of Agriculture, Marek Sawicki. His visit will accompany the meeting of Agriculture Ministers from Italy and Central and Eastern European Countries in the Italian Pavilion. Today is also the first day of the Pomorskie Voivodeship Week. The Voivodeship will present its economic, business and tourism potential in the coming days.

  Multimedia benches, a mobile tourist information point, 5D bicycle simulator, artistic performances, amber creations will present Poland’s tourism potential during the Polish Tourism Week which has begun today at the World Exposition EXPO 2015 in Milan. All activities, which will take place between 18 and 24 May in Poland’s Pavilion and throughout Milan, will be held under the motto “Poland. Come and find all colours of life.” The Polish Tourism Week is organised by the Polish Tourist Organisation. 

The World Exposition EXPO 2015, the world most prestigious exhibition event, started today in Milan. Under the leading theme „ Feeding the planet, energy for life”, for six months almost 150 countries and organisations will present their achievements in the agri-food industry. Organisers expect up to 20 million visitors. From the beginning of the Exposition, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development will implement the economic programme aimed at the reinforcement of Polish products export potential.

Poland is entering the last stage of preparations for World EXPO 2015, scheduled to take place between 1 May and 31 October 2015 in Milan. The Polish exposition will be fully compliant with the EXPO leading theme – „ Feeding the planet, energy for life”. The main goal is to promote the agri-food industry, thus supporting Polish entrepreneurs in their search for new markets and in building sustainable trade relations with foreign partners.
