Marek Bracha plays Chopin’s music

Marek Bracha is regarded as one of the most interesting Polish pianists. Visitors of Expo 2015 in Milan will have a possibility do check it out. Next two weeks he will be playing Chopin’s music in the Polish Pavilion. Don’t miss it.

His noble and fine sound makes him stand out and matches his sophisticated expression in music. Marek Bracha has an extraordinary touch for the Classical and Romantic periods in piano repertoire that goes perfectly with his great interest in performing on historical instruments. He still is devoted in penetrating the performance practice of the 18th and 19th centuries.

As a versatile musician Marek also includes in his repertoire new music. He has given several world premiere performances including the pieces especially commissioned for him. What makes his musical activity unique is that Marek has a special devotion for promoting Polish music worldwide. His vibrant international music career constantly develops. He appears regularly on many international festivals as a soloist and a chamber musician in numerous countries around the globe.

In June 2013 Marek released his first album that includes solo works of Fryderyk Chopin. The CD was recorded for Fryderyk Chopin National Institute in Warsaw.
