Description

The dairy cooperative in Ryki was established almost 90 years ago. It has been continuing traditions of cheese making for many years and currently it is one of the most respected manufacturers of ripened cheese (Dutch-style and Swiss-style). The cooperative cooperates with nearly 2000 suppliers who provide it with milk of high quality. 11 sorts of ripened cheese in blocks are offered.
